Severe street youth groupings of Los Angeles have found a new way to find out the relation and to divide territory. Instead of custom-made murders - terrible races by the modified cars with the forced motors, on mad speeds when so the adrenalinic side separating a life on wheels from death in a petrol fire is thin. The young policeman under cover takes root into one of gangs and becomes the same street racer to gain trust of criminals and to throw light on a series of mysterious and impudent stealings of lorries with valuable cargoes. Through suspicions and lie, it persistently goes to the purpose... On a full forcing!
