HOW TO SLEEP WELL

Everyone needs sleep.Sleep is a natural state of bodily rest observed throughout the animal kingdom, in all mammals and birds, and in many reptiles, amphibians, and fish.

Recently when I was working at my DVD converter and DVD burning software website I always feel tired,and I didn’t know what’s wrong with me.As I often worked till midnight I can’t slept well.So at office in daytime,I felt so sleepy that I can’t do well,because of that the joyful worktime I mentioned in last journal which I use bosskey software to hide windows and hide running programs has gone. And I had no energy to watch movies which I convert DVD to avi and DVD to iPod with DVD ripper.And have no energy to enjoy the  music I burn with audio burning software and audio converter.But how to sleep well?Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep.

Some Tips:Sleep only when sleepy.If you can’t fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy and don’t take naps.Then get up and go to bed the same time every day.Also develop sleep rituals and Only use your bed for sleeping

By the way,my friend recommend me a monitoring software to monitor my children on computer and use a folder lock software to lock files with a password,it’s nice.
