My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

THE ANGEL OF RECONCILIATION. LET ME BE RECONCILED WITH THOSE THINGS THAT ARE BOTHERING ME ON THIS DAY. HELP ME TO LET GO THE TRAUMAS AND CONCERNS OF THE PAST AND MORE FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THE FLOW OF LIFE. When asked where God is, people point towards the sky or some far and distant region; no wonder then that He does not manifest Himself! Realize that He is in you, with you, behind you, and all around you; and He can be seen and felt everywhere. Life has many good things, but if we walk with Jesus Christ and look at God’s best, it’s a level higher than just “good.”

All it takes to meet new people is a little bit of confidence! Whether you are trying to find a new romantic partner or trying to just make a few new friends, creating a connection with another human being isn't as difficult as you are making it out to be. First of all, be confident about who you are, and stop trying to assume a role of the person you think people want you to be. Just be the person you are. People are attracted to genuineness. Relax and let your idiosyncrasies show. You have great communication skills and today you may provide mediation for a situation that arises. Keep your emotions in check and everything should turn out in a positive way. Continue to use your communication skills to organize a night out with some friends and the evening may turn out to be a good one for you. Being of service makes you happy. You're extremely amenable to the needs of others. In fact, anyone who wants something from you should ask now because tomorrow you'll deliciously busy with your own stuff. I'm glad I didn't have to fight in any war. I'm glad I didn't have to pick up a gun. I'm glad I didn't get killed or kill somebody. I hope my kids enjoy the same lack of manhood.

The end of the week and not much planned. I need to take some give-away food to Agape House and send Mikey the support card. I should wash the winter quilt and think about getting the heater in and the fan out. I should get a letter off to Nolan and Joel – maybe. Well, I got a letter off to Nolan and Joel called and I talked to him for a while. There was only one truck and I got some of the reports finished and started some more. I called Mikey and seven and he answered. He said he was at Annie’s and in good shape. I mentioned the electric bike and he said it was a plan. So much for my hurt feelings. I just have to hang in there with him. I really want to be important and a steady force for him.
