My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Two Letter DayMarch 5, 2007

I had a dream about teaching reading and I was trying to tell some people how it should be done and they were closing me out completely. I remember Paul Dickerson backing me up however. I decided to go around a lake because I noticed some people on the other side that should stand up for me also, On the way around the bank got really steep and I had to walk into the water. I was barefoot and I could feel the mud with my toes. When I reached the people I was next to a tall pine tree that was very straight and tall. I felt the texture of the bark that was rough but flawless. The nap dream was driving the Mustang with Pappy and we heading out to some place and we were waiting around for Nolan to come out which he finally did and sat in the backseat. Pappy told me in a low mumble that he thought he would head out to Florida and would take me. I told him I thought it was a good idea.

A typical Monday with the usual weekly reports. Someone had weighed in a container. I assume it was Tom though he did not sign the scale ticket. I am supposed to get an eye exam this afternoon that should result in a prescription. I don't intend to buy any glasses at this time. I do want a copy of the prescription just in case I go to LensCrafters and get a pair that  is light sensitive.

It turned into a busy day and I was on the jump all day. I did not have time to get in an exercise set. Not good. Checked with the eye doctor and he thinks my granny glasses should be 1.50's.  So I will have to reinvest in some 1.50's. The rest was okay with the possibility that some time in the future I might have to have the lens shined with a laser beam.

I got a letter from Mike needing a photo done up for him. also a letter from Joel who sent some pictures of his daughter but no blog entries. He was looking at his TV but he still had to have his cable hooked in. What a guy!

I watched the video The Yard. It was a pretty good script that ran along the Mafia with an ex-con who got involved in some shady public works and almost gets blamed for a murder. In the end they catch the bad guy. Not too shabby for nothing better to do.
