It appears that spring is upon us and that is good. There may not be quite so much activity today. Rick came by for the tickets and stayed and talked for 30 minutes. I guess he needs someone to listen to his domestic problems and solutions. He is pretty proud of his family of three boys - the younger one is going to interview for a construction job covering the most of the northwest. the hourly wage is $27.50 with an excellent benefit package. They are all mechanics. The carpet is in and fine. Yesterday the ugly seam had to suit him - today it suited his wife so all is well.

Michelle and Hannah came by for the sugar fix. I guess the visit by the son in Bend was good enough and she was pleased with what was (is) happening to him. He is supposed to graduate in June.

I need to write a couple of letters and make some copies of photos as soon as possible. I might do that rather than watch TV tonight. I will have to see how I feel after work.

It was a pretty busy day but I was able to get most of the work completed and I walked the loop at the mill. It turned out to be .53 of a mile and took about ten minutes. I was hoping that it was longer than that. To get a good workout I would have to walk it at least twice. I bought some new glasses and they are better than the stronger ones. I am going to carry them with me all the time I guess until I have a couple of pair. I have more glasses than any one man would need.

I finished the letter to Joel and made copies of his pictures and I will mail it on the route tomorrow morning. I have finished the pictures for Michael. They are not very good because the photo he gave me was sort of faded and grainy. I will get a letter off to him tomorrow and to Nolan.

I watched the video Hooked about gay guys who cruised the Internet and met up with guys for one night stands. It was not really that interesting even though they tried to make out that it was some sort of addiction. I was on several chat lines mainly ICQ. It is true that it is a time waster and you do get sort of hooked. Finally I just tired of the people and the scams everyone seemed to be running.
