My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Extortion Or WhatApril 21, 2007

There is not too much going on today. I hope that Jesus comes and clears out the weeds. I may go to TriCities and look for some frames for the artwork. I need to get in some walking and get Joel's articles on his blog. I had a strange call this morning that a six hundred dollar order was being charged to me and for me to call a number to put a fraud alert on my credit report. I checked it out and I think that it was really a gimmick to have a person sign up for a credit service for about ten dollars a month. I messed around with it for a while until I decided that it was a pretty clever come-on.

I finished up Joel's blog but I still need to do a little work on it and then I'll make some copies and send to Joel and Michael. I got a letter from Roger and he was thrilled about the money and now he is making belt buckles. I will have to write him and let him know that I could take a couple and maybe explain something I am trying to do.

Nolan called and apparently his shoulder is really screwed up with a pinched nerve and a problem with his shoulder socket. From what he said he cannot sleep on either side so he is pretty miserable. I am sure that it will heal up but I am not sure it taught him a lesson.

I got a letter from the creep neighbor of Michael's. I have decided to have it sent back to the sender and make sure I don't have anything to do with him. I am curious what is in the letter but I figure if I never know I wont have to worry about it. I am sure that they have contacts everywhere and I do not want anything to do with some of those creeps.

I ate at Granny's and went to the river for a walk  and I stopped with the snacks after supper. I hope to take off a few pounds since it is becoming obvious I have a gut again. I stopped by the baseball park on the way home and watched Hermiston play Bend for a while. I should have stayed longer but I wanted to work on Joel's blogs. I did not see too many plays that impressed me very much. It was 6-8 in favor of Bend when I left. I should have had my camera and taken some pictures of those guys.

I watched Holes that was a story about some boys in a detention camp in the desert who dug holes as a form of discipline and control. It was okay but I think I saw something like it somewhere before. It might have been on television.

The most Memorable Positive Moment was the high school baseball game. I enjoyed it and should have stuck around longer if I had had a score pad and my camera.
