| My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later. |

It looks like a nice sunny day and there are a few chores to get out of the way. The Feds have paid their refund so I will be sending some cash to Michael and Nolan. I will make some photos and get an answer off to Joel. I will try to encourage him to get some articles out to me. The blood pressure was 80-49-50. That is about what it has been running in the past few weeks. I had a pretty painfull gut ache about the time I went to bed. I had several ounces of raw vegetables for lunch and all that fiber seems to do a number on me. It is nothing serious but it does leave my stomach muscles tender for a couple of days. BASEBALL 4-26-07 Colorado Springs-4Fresno-3 Tulsa-0Arkansas-7 (Frey .246) Modesto-2Lake Elsinore5(no VanKooten)(Carte .263) Ashville-4Kannapolis-6(McKenry.231) (Paulk 2nd in league) I arranged to have the money sent to Nolan and set up the envelopes for Michael and Ralph. I went to TriCities and picked out a frame for the elephant. It looks very nice and should get $75.00 I should think. I did a little shopping at WalMart for Western Alfalfa and looked around the Plaza for some junk. I really did not exercise that much but I ate at the Old Country Buffet and then some soup and pineapple tonight. I was weighing 169 this morning which is the first time below 170 for a month or so. At least since that last time that I got sick. I got some RoundUp and sprayed some thistles. I copied off some pictures for Joel and finished off a letter to him. I had some extra copies so I sent those as well. I encouraged him to write some articles about the guys in the picture. We will see how that comes out. I watched Spank The Monkey this evening. It was a real weird movie where a college kid trying to go to medical school came home for the summer. The neighbor girl and his mother put the make on him. His dad is a traveling salesman who is cheating on his wife. A very dysfunctional family. He tried committing suicide and survives and is picked up by a trucker - end of story. It is not one I would want to pay much for. Most Memorable Positive Moment was maybe the call from M Daniels about her subscription to the TriCity Herald.
