My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Sunday Visit With ArtMay 13, 2007

I woke up and played with the computer again but no luck. I took a nap and my phone woke me up at seven thirty. I showered up and went and had some pancakes at McDonald. I unloaded the cameras and was okay with the shots I got. I especially liked one I got with Laurie and Aimee. I thought about it and since it was Mother's Day I thought it was the perfect shot to share with them. As soon as I got home I shot off an email and the picture. I will be interested to see how they react.

I called Wes at a reststop since this is his birthday. I guess he was building on one of those sheds for PGG. I called Art and prepared him for a visit and I showed up around eleven thirty and he was baking biscuits in his garage with a Dutch oven. He was glad to see me and so was Ellie so that went well. Their dogs were not that much of a nuisance but Ellie had to get out her stuff to show me all the deals they were going through. We talked about getting together next weekend if Nancy comes over from Bend. I headed home about two oclock and got home to get the mail, some gas, and a few groceries for the week.

I got the blogs from Joel and he sent some more pictures that he wants copied. His baby got sick and he was worried all night about and thank goodness he was able to call and sort of keep track of her. Apparently she had a seizure and I think that runs in the family. Poor little baby I really feel sorry for her. I hopes she has a good life.

I am pretty well caught up. I have the money to give to Bloodworth and should be back at things tomorrow. I will have quite a few things to do and I need to keep after my weight and whittle a pound or two off. I don't think I did too well this weekend. Art made a sort of burrito stuffing with beef that was tasty and I generally ate too much candy and sweet stuff.

All in all it was a good weekend and worth the effort I am sure I hope that the Engells appreciated my effort. I guess it does not matter that much one way or the other, however.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment was composing the letter to send to the Engells.
