| My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later. |

I had a Laughlin truck waiting on the scales which sort of set off the day for me. It was an okay guy except he is a great talker and when I come to work I want to get things set up. And when I feel pushed I tend to forget to set things up right. Oh well, there has been quite a bit of activity this morning. I need to finish the articles for Joel and enter some pictures. There are some accounts to bring up to date. It is supposed to get hot so I will probably be sweating the exercises. No word from the Engells. I need to drop off Wes' birthday card. Iron Horse has come and gone and it looks like GFE will be hauling in some hay. BASEBALL 5-14-07 COLORADO SPRINGS=5 & MEMPHIS=12 17 & 18 3rd 5.5 games behind TULSA=2 & WICHITA=1 (Frey 269 Rifkin 2870 20 & 17 1st MODESTO=0 & SAN JOSE=1 (No VK;Carte 330;Kindel 250) 19 & 19 4th 6.0 games behind ASHVILLE=7 & CHARLESTON=1 (Paulk 376;McKenry 248) 27 & 10 1st I got in all three exercise sets and walked the loop. I got the accounts caught up and I finished entering Joel's articles except I am going to add the pictures. I had to take pictures of them to get them on the blog. It is a real pain but about the only thing I can do. Tom never did come up and visit - he must have been repairing equipment. The business was moderate with a few containers and some loads of hay coming in. Old lady Hager called me and wanted me to put her paper in the rack because she is 90 years old and has cancer. She said she sometimes has to ask her friends to pick up the paper for her. I have a hard heart and I am trying to get myself past this. If she is so feeble why is she living alone. There is something fishy about the whole deal. If she leaves me another note about walking on her lawn she will be picking it up again. I mailed Wes his birthday card rather than stop by and give it to him. Oh well, that is the way it goes. There was another thing that was bothering me that seemed sort of out of character - I cannot remember what it was. I watched The Last Year tonight. I really enjoyed it. It was a story about three gay guys who were attending this Bible College and ran into all kinds of intolerance. I thought it was about the best movie I have watched for some time. The Most Memorable Positive Moment was talking to Leroy about how he feels about stuff. It was the first time he had really said much except what business he had on his mind.
