A load of hay and a container out already. There probably wont be that much going on today. I need to finish the blogs for Joel, get him a money order, a letter to Nolan and something to Mike. I probably should send him some more money as well so he can store up for July. Still no word from the Engells - I am probably too anxious. I delivered to the Lawn Nazi's front door. I guess the other thing that was bothering me yesterday was that the death of Jerry Falwell did not have much of a negative affect on me. In fact, the more I thought about it the more I was convinced that he had driven me out of the Republican Party. Hmm, now isn't that a thought?

It was a fairly busy day. I did get in the two sets of exercises and walked the loop. I ate the usual and hope that I might shed a pound or two. It got the pictures on the blog and copied them. I sent off copies to Joel and Michael. I sent some money to Joel's account and wrote a letter to Nolan.

I got a letter and a new drawing from Michael and he has ordered some more books and promises to get to Hermiston some time in August. I really cannot be to sure what he is going to do. This is not the best place in the world to hang around with nothing to do. I guess I could try to get him in Marlette and set him up with an apartment. I just don't think he is going to be very satisfied here with his kid and family around Salem.

An email from MaryEllen and she had another blow up with her mother. I will try to give her some support tomorrow. Nancy called and it looks like Harley is going to get fired and they will be over Friday and may stay through Sunday. I guess that Art and Bob will put in an appearance on Sunday. Ellen is coming back on Friday.

I watched The Joyriders. It was a story of three teenagers who kidnapped an old guy and it turned out that he became their savior. It was a good story and probably could have happened but probably didn't.

The Most Positive Memorable Moment today was getting the comment on Joel's blog that the guy writing a book wants to have him make a contribution. It just blows me away and I hope that Joel is as excited as I am.
