It has been raining since sun up. The scales are not working so I had to weigh a container over at Wilbur Ellis and the repairman cannot come until tomorrow morning. Tom broke down on the highway and I guess his pickup is "tits up". Michelle came by but she left all the paper work in her rush to get out. I guess if anyone shows up I will have to use the WE scales unless I can figure something else out. I got an email from Art and he will let me know if he is going to be down on Saturday. I should think he wants to come during the day and Gary and Ellen wont be in town until evening - so maybe the twain will not meet.

It was a rugged day without a dependable scales. Hopefully it will get repaired tomorrow morning early. I was able to get in my three sets and walked the loop. I ate the regular stuff of veggie juiice, black coffee, banana and yogurt cup. Then five grape tomatoes, two cups lettuce and a cup of carrot match sticks. For supper I had half an onion, clump of garlic and seven asparagus stalks and a three quarter cup 9 grain cereal topped off with another swig of veggie juice. I am feeling thinner but it is going to take some time I am sure. I have to stick with it.

No mail of any consequence. I watched Bobby that was the story of the assassination of Robert Kennedy and also the story of several other people who were killed in the shooting that day. I am not sure it was true or fictional but there were some interesting stories connected to the killing.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment today was Tom calling me to let me know he was going to be late - I offered him help and he seemed quite touched.
