| My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later. |

It looks like a cool day for Saturday Market. There is not a lot of sunshine so far. I guess I will go anyway. I am going to the football game this afternoon so that will make things interesting. I took my stuff and went to Saturday Market. The weather halfway cleared up for a while and then the wind started. I sold a couple of items and bought some cherries and some plants to put out at the scale house. I always get some help setting up the awning and Tom helped me take it down. I gave him a couple tomales for his trouble. The wind was sort of threatening the awning so I quit about an hour early. I sure did not need to get something torn up. A couple people did. I picked up the mail and another letter from Bobby. I am just getting the other stuff on and I still need to get an answer to Michael and Joel. A delinquent customer paid and thanked me for the great service and a $4.00 tip. I swung by WalMart and got some food and stuff I needed. Some old guy tried to start a conversation with me and I did not have a clue who he was. I checked with Art and we decided to meet at the Old Country Buffet and then go to the game. I worked on Bobby's blog and left about two thirty and after a few errands I was there at 3:45. We ate and sat around talking when we should have been looking at the game. We had to park in the outskirts and missed the opening. The game was good and the Fever won 39-34 from Spokane. The trip home was uneventful but there was a big grass fire on the south side of the road. The most Positive Memorable Moment today was having a chat with Steve Hickson at Saturday Market. My hearing seems to be deteriorating because I have a lot of trouble hearing what people say. He talks rather low anyway. Yesterday I weighed in at 166.5 which was sort of a disappointment since I skipped so many meals last week. I tried to eat sparingly today but went sort of bonkers on the cherries. | ||
