Having It My Weigh Home | Profile | Archives | Friends
My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Mainly MondayJune 18, 2007

I am back to work without a lot going on. Rick came by with a few bales of grass from Cleaver. He said that Western Empire is selling some hay to Oregon Hay. That is hard to figure out. Michelle was by and had gone on a wine tour over the weekend. She said she had quite a bit of work so she left. I need to get a letter to Joel and Bobby and get their material on their blogs. I forgot to put the rent check in the bank and I am going to have an overdraft which pisses me off.

There was not a lot going on all morning. About noon WE started bringing in some low grade alfalfa apparently for pellets. The was a GFE organic truck coming and Lusia was all bent out of shape because I did not have any paper work on it. Then a Laughlin truck came in for some 1/4 inch pellets. I was able to write a letter to Joel and get all his entries on his blog. They were all pretty standard and the usual stuff. He had enough for the $25.00 so I am sure he will be okay with it. He tries but not really all that hard. He does enough to get by and that is about it.

I was able to get the three sets of exercises in and walked the loop. I skipped lunch and ate some shreds and tomatoes along with some broccoli and cauliflower with onion. Then I had the two tablespoons and a third of nine grain cereal. I hope I  can lose a few more pounds this week than I did last week. It takes a while for you body to get the message I guess. Especially when I tend to binge on the weekend. I called the TCH about Saturday Market but no one called back.

I watched Smooth Talk about a girl who was throwing herself at the boys and an older guy talked her into going for a ride and you wonder whether she was raped or not. It was really a sort of creepy story. Some woman called me about senior solutions or something like that and I kept trying to shut her down until finally I got irritated and started cussing and she kept saying "God Bless You, God Bless You". There really ought to be a way to shut those people down permanently.

This morning during the nap I had this dream that I was up on the side of a mountain with some people sort of over looking a city. Suddenly the earth started shaking and I knew it was an earthquake. There were some tall chimneys that started falling over and finally an old tin sort of grainary started falling over and it fell on an apartment house. I seem to know some people living there and I started running toward it and I was really distraught.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment today was talking to Rick about all the stuff going on around the farm.
