It looks like it is going to be a pretty good day. I was up about one and applied some stuff to my toe and took an Advil. The pain is pretty much gone away and I am walking almost normal. I am going to look for some medicine to build cartilage - that is probably the problem. I have the usual things to do today and get some letters out and head back for the final ball game in this series. They lost 7-6 in 15 innings last night -not that I stayed. I left in the 9th.

This is Michael's final month in prison. It is going to be a wonder how things are going to go once he has been released. My deep down feeling is that he will drift away because we really do not have that many common interests.

I got a letter off to Cuddie and paid some bills and sent some out. I gassed the paper car and did some chores around the house. I should have taken a nap but was pretty busy. I called Art and offered the football tickets. He finally decided to take them when I said I didn't care whether Wes had them or not. I doubt if Wes would want to go out on a Monday night. In the conversation he mentioned that he had talked to Bob and he was not impressed by the LooMix remedy since it made his gout kick up. I had mentioned my big toe was swollen and sore. The bells rang as I figured out that the  supplement may be at the bottom of my flare up. I had thought of gout but I could not figure anything I was consuming that was particularly rich. Anyway I am going to cease consumption of that crap. I know better than to take that shit that is supposed to cure everything.

I watched the game go 9 innings and lose again 6-2. They gave it away during the 8th inning. They seem to lose concentration. There were also some bad calls that did not help things.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment was talking sports with the olg guy sitting in front of me. He claims he knows Dan Whitsitt.
