| My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later. |

Having a cold in the summer time has to be the biggest pain in the butt. I have been debating ever since I got up about staying home, not going to the ball game, etc. So far I just do not have the "get-up and go" to get very serious about anything. There were a lot of visitors yesterday and I don't klnow what that means as far as orders go. Mostly we are hanging fire. No visitors yet this morning. There were a couple pellets trucks and we started on some containers after lunch. They really dont pay much attention to the order form so I have no idea whether we are shipping 1st or 2nd cutting. The thing is it is a Korean order so the weight is a very small window. Michelle came in late apparently shopping and Rick came by with not a lot of his mind. I felt pretty lousy all day. I did not even think about exercising - it was just enough to be alive. I worked on the letters to Bobby and Michael. I started one to Nolan but never got it finished. Tom came up with the big shocker of the day by saying we had been promised 70 containers a month and that he was going to put on another shift. He let me know that we would probably be working on Friday. He did not ask for a remark I guess. The more I thought about it the more I thought I could give up the newspaper if I worked another ten hour day. I think I would be better sleeping about seven hour straight rather than the two shifts I am doing now. If I worked 55 hours a week I would be in good shape. If they gave me a twenty cent raise I would have no trouble sat all. I went home and ate a McDonald Salad and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and went to bed. That is the first time I have intentionally missed a baseball game. I felt like I had fever and slept fitfully. I got another letter from Michael which made my day. He missed me visiting him. He sounds as is he is going to be pretty tight with me after he gets out. I am sure it will be the test. | ||
