I have a few chores to get out of the way. When I got back from the paper route there was no water in the system. I went out and fired up the pump and it has been okay since. It is always a worry however. I will try to get some writing done. it sure seems like I have been getting swamped that way recently. I need to get the KPD situation settled and behind me. I am thinking of going to Ontario on Friday but still thinking about it.

I was able to get some chores done around the house and get a letter off to Michael and Joel. I gassed up the paper car and took the envelop out to Larue. I ate lunch at Grannys and it was okay. I picked up some tomatoes up at the fruit stand and a few supplies at WalMart. I got a call from Joel's mother. She hit me up for a loan because she is in serious financial problems getting garnished for some old debts. Apparently she is holding down several jobs. She tried to make me feel guilty about Joel not having spending money. I told her all he had to do was some writing and he would get paid. Nolan called twice and he really did not have much to say except that the pay had showed up and that he was still getting the paper.

I call the KPD and the guy called back and said that the guy in the car did not know that he had been scratched until after I had driven off. I guess as far as the cops are concerned all is forgiven. MaryEllen called and said she was okay just keeping in touch. She is heading out to Las Vegas and California in August. She plans to go back to school this fall I guess. She did admit that she is meeting an x MARINE in California and will be coming back to Loma. He has been in Iraq and is getting out of the military.

I watched The Queen which was a good story about the Queen of England and how the royal family handled Dianna's death. It was interesting but I am not sure how accurate it was. I was surprised that the Queen was driving herself around the countryside in a jeep by herself.

The Most Positive Memorable Moment was having the traffic thing lifted.
