Having It My Weigh Home | Profile | Archives | Friends
My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Monday MaddeningAugust 6, 2007

All is quiet at the scalehouse. The weekly reports should be short and I need to get some things on the calendar. I will try to work on Bobby's blog today. I will wait a while to talk to Michael. I want to check on the number of beers he had over the weekend. I wonder if he figured out the phone plan. I hope the money gets there today. I think that Ellen and her crew should be back through some time today- probably afternoon.

I worked up the weekly accounts and started some new worksheets for August. Not much going on except an organic truck that was not washed out and then the customer did not have room for the product so a full blown fuck-up. Michelle came by and went to check out the new driver. Tom came up for a while and did not have a lot to say and neither did I. Along in the afternoon a container had to go down twice to take off hay. He called me up with a shitty attitude and it made me madder than hell. That tub of guts should be more careful about his tone of voice with people. He has irritated me two days in a row. I am about to just not have that much to do with him. He is about as contemptible as they come. I don't think he likes being there so I don't know why he does not get guts enough to quit.

Ellen and her crew came by at four thirty and they were going to be in La Grande by five thirty. I guess the celebration went okay.  They did not say too much about it. I called Michael about twelve thirty and left a voice mail and then he called me back. I guess he was on his way to pick up some relative that his mother was going to baby sit. He said he had a good time at the beach and he did not have any beer all weekend. I am really proud of him for keeping up the stand. That damned money is still stuck in PayPal and they wont access it. That has to be the most aggravating situation I have been in for a while. I am sure that he waiting to make some moves as soon as he gets a little cash. I am not sure whether he has gone job hunting yet or not. He will soon have been out for seven days.

I wrote to Bobby and went to work on his blog. Tonight there was another letter from him with some more stuff to put on his site. Man, I may have to shut him down some. I did one exercise set but did not walk the loop because Ellen was there and I needed to pick up some mouth wash. I watched I Love You Baby about a couple of guys in Spain I think- some Latin country. They started out as lovers and the one guy takes up with a girl whom he eventually marries. I thought it was rather inane and not that interesting really. Nolan called but there was not much on his mind. He said he was still getting the paper. He wanted me to get some paperwork from an attorney that  he could file to clear up his child support..

The Most Positive Memorable Moment was the conversation with Michael. He still seems to be the center of my existence. I tried to reassur him that I did not want to become a pain in the butt. I hope he understands. He asked me what I did over the weekend and I think he got the picture. I yold him I was going to a baseball game on Wednesday.
