Having It My Weigh Home | Profile | Archives | Friends
My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

Not much happening so far this morning. Very quiet and I have no idea how much traffic there will. Michelle will be off for a couple days and there are probably no containers until Monday. They may bring in some more hay. I wonder what Michael will be up to this morning and if Mikey is still around. I wonder if he is in need of more cash for the weekend. I sent him an email but I am not sure whether he reads his mail that much. I tried to trace a MO  for Joel on 7-13 but I must have blown it off. I'll send some out tomorrow to him. I need to get Kate a wedding present - I will probably use the "bean" theme again.

My two favorite buds.

I called MIchael and he was just sort of laying around watching Ninja Turtles with Mikey. We talked about the fact that he is being worked over on the drivers license. He is going to talk to his PO tomorrow about getting some kind of relief. Right now he has to put $1500.00 down and pay $150/monthly. We might want to talk to a lawyer about getting some kind of relief out of the situation. He is definitely not looking forward to Mikey leaving and you could not blame him. He has been with him for three weeks and it is the longest that she has left him with his grandmother. That is probably a pretty good sign that she might be open to some negotiations. It all boils down to some money for support  or get custody of him and not pay support. He said that his sister-in-law has been bugging him about lining him up with some of her friends and yesterday he told her to back off. He has said more than once that hooking up with girls was the fartherest thing from his mind right now. He did admit that he had smoked a cigar with his cousin on the camping trip but so far he has stayed away from the cigarettes and beer. He said it was up to me what happened Labor Day Weekend. That is hardly any pressure at all.

I never got any exercise to speak of and ate about the same amount of food. I need to get serious about the exercising. The flag came apart and Tom brought up a big problem with RDO. There was a hay trade between RDO and Western Empire and now I guess there is a dispute over being paid for it. The truth of the matter is that Dennis sold that hay several times and who knows who got what except screwed. I always worry about these deal and hope they don't come back to bite me in the ass. I have the TCH accounts and script up-to-date so any time there is some one to take over I am giving it over. I suppose I could take someone around the route if it was necessary. The renter paid for this month in full and that was a nice treat. I got a good letter from PJ Cuddie and things are turning around for him and  you sort of have to admire his candor and attempt to turn things around. He mentioned he was graduating his GED in October so I may have to get on his list and pay his a visit.

I watched the video In Love And War. The story of young Ernest Hemmingway during World War I when he fell in love with a nurse and she ended up not keeping her promise. It was a good story but sort of a tear jerker.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment had to be talking to Michael. He always makes my day. But I do wish I could figure something out for Labor Day. I would really hate to screw up our relationship trying to force something that was not supposed to be.
