Having It My Weigh Home | Profile | Archives | Friends
My daily thoughts and activities - to more or less help bring my thoughts together and maybe think things through better. It should be interesting to look at later.

I chatted with Larue and it is going to be a struggle to get another carrier because now you have to have a $600 bond to start - which means $60/monthly for ten months. It is ridiculous. I have a promise of coverage the next couple of weekends and then it is every Friday for me - which is okay I guess. It has to be. I need to get the underground sprinkler going again today and check out a few things. I am going to the game tonight and need to check on a connection for my phone and computer. Also looking at some new shoes and maybe a slicker sweat suit. I have been thinking about the Labor Day thing as camping and fishing, state fair, ocean, or play the whole thing by ear. It may be a test of whether we really want to spend a lot of time together. Michael is supposed to call me after he visits his PO which should be after ten sometime I expect.

I worked on the yard and got the sprinklers to working and sent some omney to Joel. I deposited the rent check and sent some money to Nolan as well. I worked on the Cuddie poems and started a letter to him. I got some stuff to put in the sprinkler switch hole. I called MIchael about two thirty and he was taking a nap because he had had a late night at a comedy show. He had checked in with his PO but all he did was fill out some papers since the guy was gone. He was going to give him a call on Monday to see if there was going to be any help on an ODL. He said that he had his birth certificate and could get an ID. There seemed to be a lot going on around him. He said that Mikey would be around for another week or longer because his mother had no idea when she would be by. We mentioned the Labor Day weekend but obviously I was looking forward to it much more than he was. He asked about the state fair and it would work if MIkey was still around. I guess I am having some second thoughts because he said he would call me after seeing his PO and he did not. I was thinking he needed to get Mikey in school that might mean that he would stay in Oregon. He would need some school supplies and clothes and he should make some moves to get him enrolled. I could see that the conversation was going no where so I told him I was headed out to the ball game.

I got a car charger for the phone and got a deal to transfer phone pictures to the computer. I got a discounted pair of shoes and a jar and card for katie's wedding present. I picked up some books to send to Nolan. I ate at the Old Country and then took a nap behind Yokes. We won the game 6-4 and it was generally a good experience. There was a grandma and kid next to me that were having a good time.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment was the conversatio n with Michael even though it seemed a little one sided.
