It looks like another cloudy day. I plan on going to the game tonight and Wednesday night and sit the other two out to get ready for the weekend and because I get exhausted by the lack of sleep. I did not hear back from Bloodworth so I would like to resolve that today. It is likely that she will do it since the baby is born but I am not sure about its health. I should hear from Michael but in case I don't I'll call him after work. It looks like someone was using the scale house on Friday since the head was turned around. They could have been hauling scrap iron. I need to get in some exercising and some more work on Schimmele's writing.

It will be interesting to see how Mikey reacts to be around both his parents at the same time. How is that going to work out?

Michael called before noon and said that Kate had arrived and everything was cool. He said they had gone for a walk and sort of worked things out. He said that Mikey was thrilled that his folks were together and to see his mom. He thought she had everything pretty much under control and just needed a little support. He said she wanted to live in Portland and wanted him to move there too. He was thinging about going to work at a concrete place for around $12/hr with benefits in a couple of months. He has a friend or relative who could get him on there. He is waiting for that stupid credit card so that he can get an ID and some glasses. The mail comes in the early afternoon. He said he called because he wanted me to know what was happening. He sounded subdued and sort of like he needed to talk to me. What can I say the more I am around him the better he gets.

Michael called back again and he had received his credit card. He semed pretty thrilled about the whole thing. He said he and Kate had spent the day playing with Mikey. Whe he got to close to his mom Mikey got jealous. He said that she was glad he had turned his life around and she was willing to have his name on  the birth certificate and have joint custody. We spent ten minutes telling each other how much we respected and thought of one another. He said he was helping pay for food and stuff. He was going to take Kate and Mikey some place and try the card out. I have not heard from him so it must be working. He said his camera chip showed up so that he was going to be snapping pictures all over the places. This is really a pretty special day I hope he can hold on to things for while. He has really been through some hard times and he sort of deserves to have things going his way for a change.

I went to the game after calling Bloodworth. She cannot do the route so I am going to turn it over to Hymas and to hell with it. I ate at Subway and went to the game. We wopn 3-1 but it was so cold I left after the 7th.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment was the conversation with MIchael. It was first class and meant a lot to me.
