This is the day to signoff on TCH. I will gathered the shit together and make a check and stop at Hymas after work and get an end to this. I need to make a check to GESA and get that out of the way. I will be interested to see if Michael gets his card today. I am a little concerned about that damned phone bill. I am not sure I can follow all the charges that are on there now. We may want to drop some of them as time goes on.

This was at the motel in Grants Pass on 8-24-07. He is playing with his phone which he does quite a bit.

I doubt that I will be seeing Michael this weekend unless they come up here and that would be a waste of gas as far as I am concerned. I have a hunch they will be headed to Grants Pass. I guess I could go visit Joel but I will have to think about it.

Michael called and said that the card did not show up again. He called around and his sister had gauranteed a two day delivery. They mailed it Saturday and this is Tuesday. He said the light on the driver side was out and it looked like it had melted the frame around it. Wouldn't you know. I told him to go ahead and get a lamp and put it in. He still maintains a good attitude - I don't know how. He said he was out in a park driving around and it was all coming back to him. I think he will be just fine and I would rather he was driving than her. She may be a little impulsive and I think he will be more cautious and careful. He has applied for a job at a lot of places and has his resume he can put over the Internet. I guess he is looking at a roofing place that has good pay and you have to work in all kinds of weather but the pay is good. We sure seem to have a strong bond. He sounded as if he wanted to get together this weekend again but I am not sure. I told him I was having a hard time dreaming something up and he says "You are?" sort of incredulous. I ask him about a DVD player for Mikey and he says his does not work and skips around. I might have to look into that and some story games to go with it. Kate is sick and throwing up tonight and last night he had a couple of beers and was throwing up. They sure seem to be sick a lot - I don't know whether it is the stress of something else. I talked briefly to Mikey and he was fairly talkative.

I watched the rest of Dream Keeper tonight. It was a good story about a kid taking over from his grandfathger in passing on the stories of the tribe.

The Most Memorable Positive Moment was the short conversation with Mikey. We seem to be building a bond there as well.
