Sort of a slow day. I have a few chores to do and then relax a little bit. I need to finish the washings and do some food shopping. I got an email from Michael’s mom and I guess those kids were taken away from their parents and may be staying with relatives. I got a couple emails from Art. He is drinking beer and watching football. I got some more mail from Joe Cuddie. He insists that I finish that blog of his. I'm not sure what I am going to do.

It started to snow about ten o’clock and snowed for a couple hours. We may have an inch or so on the ground. I went to WalMart and bought enough groceries to last me a week or so. I stopped by Taco Bell and got some Mexican food that lasted me the rest of the day. Of course, a pint of Ben and Jerry also helped. I had some noodles for supper and finished up the rice. I also ate some nuts and an apple. I do need to cut back a little bit.

I talked to Mikey and he was in a pretty talkative mood. I guess he liked the card and he still has the money I gave him. He says he still does not have as much as me.

Nolan called and was all supped up on the consumers’ report on cars I sent him. I know he likes that stuff and that should keep him going for a while.

I heard from Michael’s mom today and she, I guess, will have four of those little kids tomorrow. I guess she is an all right baby sitter. I think she uses the TV quite a bit. She said Mikey called her today and told her that Katie and he was coming for Christmas but Annie wasn’t. She thinks that Mikey feels like a very special kid for all the attention I am giving him. He seems to get quite a bit but then I am not sure it is all that positive either. I think that Katie and Annie may not do things for him when he may need it the most. Oh well, I will keep at it as long as I am able.

Mikey is thinking about swining on that wheel. When it came to getting down he was a little apprehensive but evcentually he figured it out.
