I sent an email off to Michael’s mom. I guess there are a few things to do today. I would like to send books to Nolan and Mikey. Pay power and the phone. If they are open I am going to check their plans once more. I have a notion to cut the phone off but then I think it is good to hear from Joel and I can control the length of time we talk. I need to get some Christmas cards and check out a scooter and skateboard for Mikey plus some sweats. Buy a Fred Meyer card and some certificates for Katie, Annie, Michael's mom and Pam. Also a card to send off to MaryEllen. I will stop at the Sprint store in TriCities to see if they can get me a better deal than I could get here at the BS Palace. I am going to get a card to send to inmates as well. I should write to Bobby and Roger this weekend.

I got things straightened out in Hermiston and headed to TriCities. The first stop was Sprint and I signed up for the service and it took some time. Then to the sport shop where I found a four wheeled scooter but no sweats that would fit Mikey and no luck running down a dirt skateboard. I checked out GI Joe and the Sportsman’s Warehouse with no luck. I checked Target and got some Christmas card. Then on to Toys R Us. What a madhouse of traffic. Inside I looked over the skateboards but nothing that would pass for a dirt skateboard or mountain skateboard. I weaseled my way out of that place and had to drive around just to get turned around. A guy pointed me toward a skateboard shop but it was closed. Then to Fred Meyer and some special gift cards and a candy pail for some goodies. Also I got the $65.00 card to pass on to Katie next weekend. I stopped at Subway and got a sandwich. I have cut down on my eating significantly today and probably need to do more. I weighed 178 this morning, which is some kind of record. I definitely need to exercise more and get with the program. Every since I lost Michael I have really been dogging it and having difficulty getting motivated. Maybe Mikey will be able to turn me around.
