I had a time sleeping. But it was seven thirty when I woke up. I made some coffee and kicked on the computer. I am not sure what the day is going to bring. I will contact Mikey later on this morning and see what everyone is up to. I am stressing a little on things. I don’t know exactly what I am doing and how deep I am getting into this thing. Oh well, just stay alert and stay calm.

I went by the house and they were playing basketball. Mikey and I went shopping for a skateboard for John. It was a good experience. We ended buying him several things and he mentioned he had been shopping with his mom and put a pair of shoes on and was caught stealing them. And then they went home he said. Man, more and more is coming out that would give one pause. I think he mainly likes me because he gets things from me and maybe he will eventually like me because I like him.

We came back to the motel and swam for a while. The desk clerk made them stop jumping and even showed me the camera where they were watching us. I took them back to the house after a hot chocolate.

I went over for supper of ham and eggs. They never have many vegetables. And feed me on TV trays. Oh well, Mikey’s shoes do not fit so we take them back tomorrow morning.

He has a little mouth on him around his grandmother. She is worse than me about letting him get by with stuff. I probably said too much. I have made a resolve to stop talking about Michael I need to do that now and concentrate on what I can do for Mikey. Annie called MM about how much Mikey liked GP. She said she was having a hard time with Jonah and Katie. I don’t really know how this is all going to play out. I sure am not prepared at 81 to take on an 8 year old. It sounds like Michael was pretty wild and pretty much did whatever he felt like doing. Who knows?
