It is cloudy and looks like it could start raining about anytime. Above freezing which is a good thing. I need to talk to Mikey about staying all night and doing something on Monday. I would like to do something Monday night to celebrate the New Year. I will see how that develops. I ask MM to mail the Christmas card to Katie and that may lubricate her a little bit. I should probably do the transportation thing as well so that it gets delivered – maybe Monday.

Man, that petty cash was a shock I was down over two hundred dollars. Everything is covered but it is a shock to figure out where all that money has gone. I got an email from Annie about the Christmas and the fact that she was worried (?) that Mikey had not called me. She said she thought I went all out for Christmas. Hmm she thought it had been a bad year. As far as losing Michael it was. But I am not sure he would have ever stumbled out of that mess. I need to get a letter out to Nolan and Joel.

I talked to Mikey and sort of set him up for Monday night. I told him I would probably stay two nights and maybe we could hang out on Monday and then stay up all Monday night and see the New Years in. He said he had to talk to Katie and then said that they had not made up their minds about doing anything but he thought we probably could. Now I have to get a motel for a couple of nights.

Nolan called and he was on that kick about what was going on. The year 2008 came up and he started on his release. He said that he had taken some pre-release stuff already and apparently he was not that impressed. He said it was going to be different being paroled by the Feds. They did not fool around and would swarm you with cops and ammunition.

I watched  Blades Of Glory and it was pretty funny. Certainly was diversion for me.
