It looks like another windy day. I need to pay some mid month bills. Tomorrow is payday and that will help if the renter comes through also. I need to see if Katie will let Mikey come to Hermiston this weekend to go to the bull-riding event. I am not sure how busy we will be today around the scalehouse. I would guess a few containers and that should be about the extent of it. I will start eating a few things today – not much just enough to maintain.
I heard from MM and I guess Mikey called her and said he was going to spend a night with her next week. He said he had even thought about living with her. That is good news. It might be the things that saved the day if he were to go down there. I would miss the Portland visits but it might be something that would be best for him.
Nolan called and wanted me to look up some Oregon statutes about interstate agreements on detainers on federal prisoners. The first go-round has netted nothing. I guess I will have to keep looking. You can hook up to some legal advise but otherwise it is going to cost money.
I had to call Mikey at seven o’clock and he was watching a movie or something. He said he was going on a field trip to OMSI tomorrow. I asked him about the bul; riding and he said he would ask his mom. She was not there. I wished she would call me |
