CREATIVE ENERGY FLOWS FROM ME THE MORE I CHOOSE TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS. THIS ANGEL HELPS ME TO BE CREATIVE IN MY LIFE, EXPRESS MYSELF WELL IN EVERYTHING I DO AND ACKNOWLEDGE MY CREATIVE GIFTS WHICH COME FROM THE SOURCE.

As we go out on our ride,
We pray the Lord rides by our side,
Keep us safe and in your sight,
And let it rain some other night.

I pray that we may at all times keep our minds open to new ideas and shun dogma; that we may grow in our understanding of the nature of all living beings and our connectedness with the natural world; that we may become ever more filled with generosity of spirit and true compassion and love for all life...
I pray that we may learn the peace that comes with forgiving and the strength we gain in loving; that we may learn to take nothing for granted in this life; that we may learn to see and understand with our hearts; that we may learn to join in our being.

It has been another quiet day. There may be some containers along toward quitting time. I have a letter off to Nolan and that is about it. I got in some exercises but I need more. I think I will lay off calling Mikey until about nine oclock and see if I can catch him when he is able to talk. I need to visit with him some time about letting me know whether he gets stuff and a “thank you” is cheap and I appreciate hearing it.

I had two containers the last thing and on the last one I forgot to give them a seal. I guess it will be okay since I think they have their own seals with them. If not they will get one I am pretty sure. I went by the Farmers’Market but did not stop. I went to Safeway and got a couple of salads. I watched the movie Tying The Knot that was a sort of documentary in favor of gay marriage. This afternoon I watched Puccini for Beginners  on the laptop and it was not that good – mainly about a lesbian triangle and the acting sucked. It was okay. I called Mikey at nine oclock and he was okay and said he had to be going and sort of played around with me at the end of the conversation. I think I will let him bring up the suggestion of a visit. I have sort of set up to have the Expedition’s crankcase and transmission to be inspected on Friday.
