If you don't move your body, your brain thinks you're dead. Movement of the body will not only clear out the "sludge," but will also give you more energy. Treat your body like a car--keep it tuned up and it will run for a very long time.

I think about God and Jesus Christ and eternity--there isn't an hour that goes by that I don't think about it. And I think that that's something that people can connect with.

Dear God, thank you for my life on this earth, however challenging or not. Thank you for giving me free will to love and be loved, to make my own decisions, to learn from my mistakes, to laugh when I am happy, to cry when I am sad. Thank you for my family, my friends, my pets, my colleagues, and for every other living creature I meet along my journey.
Thank you for giving me strength to overcome adversity, to do what's right for the benefit of the greater good, to rise above negativity. Thank you for giving me hope for an end to world suffering, pain, and war, for a beginning of a world filled with light and everlasting love.

It does not look like a very busy week. Tom is going to be gone and we have a few containers to get out. I am not sure whether there is going to be any hay coming in or not. I may decide to go to another baseball game later on in the week. Right now I feel sort of tired so I need to rest up day or two. I will have to see how Mikey comes around. He will probably be all right. I just need to keep talking to him. I hope I have more influence than I orgininally thought. I hope our disagreements helped us both. Maybe we can avoid them in the future.

There were no customers and the only thing going on were some containers. Tom was pretty morose about the future. It sounded as if Zennoh was going to be in charge of things like pellets and the like. At the last minute we have another Oregon Hay container. Maybe I can get some overtime. Who gives a shit?
