I feel very blessed in my life to have a very healthy relationship with a very loving, earthly father.

THE GUARDIAN ANGEL OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH. THE WAY I BECOME SPIRITUAL IS SIMPLY BECOME MYSELF. THIS ANGEL CAN HELP ME TO ALLOW MY SPIRITUALITY TO SHINE, ACKNOWLEDGE THE SOURCE OF ALL LIFE AND SEE THE LIGHT IN EVERYONE AROUND ME.

Meditate, engage in daily prayers, read uplifting books, commune with Mother Nature--in some way try to remove yourself from the discord of the everyday world that invades your sense of inner peace.

Blessed art Thou, Lord our God, King of the universe who brings forth bread from the earth.

I ran off to copies of the Rampart contract and did not do much else. I kept procrastinating on the Joel blogs. I am thinking about going to Moses Lake on Sunday and take Art his copy. I went to the ball game and felt okay but my nose ran and I felt as if I had a cold. I had noticed that my throat was sore earlier in the week. Nothing from Mikey though I have called often.
